    These workshops assist young people to identify issues such as low mood, stress and anxiety, that can potentially impact their social and school life.

    The workshops provide a supportive environment and will equip them with the tools and skills to help them to cope more effectively with life’s challenges as they arise.

    Workshops include:

    Practical cognitive behavioural coaching

    Learning helpful thinking techniques

    Dealing effectively with conflict

    Understanding and managing feelings

    Stress reduction and self-care

    Facilitated over 4 - 6 weeks either face to face or online in small groups.

  • Workshops for parents whose child is experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA). Based in Ireland.

    For Parents experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)

    Workshops designed for parents whose child is experiencing low mood or anxiety associated with school attendance.

    This 6 week programme, based on the principles of positive psychology coaching, provides a space for parents to learn new skills, access resources and build resilience within their families.

    The workshops include:

    Understanding and identifying the factors associated with EBSA and how it affects your child

    Coping strategies

    Recognising unhelpful and helpful thinking styles

    Strengths identification and application; building resilience;

    Supporting your child and self-care practices.

    Finding the right solutions for you and your family

    The programme is delivered face to face or online usually with a small group of parents, but can also be facilitated as one to one sessions.
